AES’ NEWEST Game Changing integrated cleanroom component: AES Omni ™ is a Pre-Piped/Pre-Wired Utility Raceway designed to snap into the AES Profile Wall Panel. AES Omni ™ is engineered for rapid installation and eliminates the needs for multiple trades coordinating on site. AES Omni ™ provides utilities in any configuration you need adding additional flexibility to the most flexible cleanroom system on the market.

AES Omni ™ integrates up to six gas supplies into the vertical posts of the AES modular cleanroom system.


Cleaner Installation – The AES OMNI ™ is simply the cleanest approach to gas utility piping in the industry. Piping is completed integrated into the vertical wall posts, with terminations above the Marquee Walkable Ceiling.

Lower Installation Cost – Pre-manufactured piping within wall posts
substantially reduces the cost of gas utility integration and field piping.

High Quality Materials and High Purity – Piping within the AES OMNI™ Raceway is High Purity 316 Stainless steel, fully welded. All components are fully factory leak tested to UHP standards.

Applications – The AES OMNI™ may be used with non-hazardous or inert gases such as CA, N2, O2, CO2, Ar, Ne, He, N2O, with flow rates up to 100 slpm. Prewired electrical raceways include power, voice and data. Omni raceways are delivered to site ready to snap into the AES 2” [50 mm] Profile™ modular wall panels.
